Senate District 20- Background
SD 20 is a northeast Jefferson County District, which extends east to the Adams County border and west to include the City of Golden. Senate District 20 overlaps House Districts 23 and 24. Entirely urban, this district includes the communities of Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Applewood, Golden and a portion of Arvada. The last election in the district was 2002.
